1. Service
Applica generates job application materials (a simple CV, a short message to send an employer, and practice interview answers) from the information you provide. Generated documents are drafts based only on what you tell us: review them for accuracy before sending them to an employer.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be 18 or older to use Applica.
3. Plans and billing
New accounts receive 3 free application kits. After that you can buy a one-time pack (10 kits for $1.99, no recurring charge) or subscribe to Applica Plus ($2.99/month for 30 kits per month). Plus can be cancelled anytime from the Account page via the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
4. Refunds
Payments are non-refundable after activation. Contact support for billing issues; we review them case by case.
5. Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service or use it to scrape, resell, or automate access. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Disclaimer
Applica does not guarantee interviews, job offers, or any hiring outcome, and is not affiliated with any employer. We never invent experience or qualifications: the documents only restate the information you provide, and you are responsible for its accuracy.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Applica and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including decisions made based on information shown in the app.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or attempt to defraud us or our partners.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time and will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of Applica after changes constitutes acceptance.
